Shipping policy

We typically process all orders within 24 hours. You will receive a tracking number within 48 hours, and we will be available 24/7 to provide you with any information regarding your package. 

We strive to not go over 10 days, depending on the destination country and the shipping option you have chosen. In general though, all our customers receive their packages within 5 to 7 days. 



ePacket:

ePacket can only deliver to the U.S, Canada, Australia.

Netherlands Post, Singapore Post support worldwide delivery.

UK Express:

All packages ship to the UK will use UK Express by default, Not ePacket.

Europe Express:

Europe Express can only deliver to below countries:

Germany, Spain, Italy, France, Sweden, Denmark, Belgium. These countries will use Europe Express by default.

Shipping methods above are free and we will choose the best shipping method for you based on the order destination when sending out the package.

US Express:

US Express can only deliver to the U.S(Military base not included). Carrier: USPS. You can choose this fast shipping method when fulfilling an order.

it will cost around $3-$8 depending on the product size and weight.

DHL and UPS are also available, but the shipping fees are too large for a single order so we do not typically recommend to use.

US Express: Average delivery time is 5- 8 days.

ePacket: Average delivery time is 15 - 25 days.

Postal Delivery: Average delivery time is 15 - 30 days.

Europe Express: Average delivery time is 8 - 15 days.
